We had a missionary speak at church this weekend, and I have to say, I was just blown away by the work God is doing to bring his word to the whole world. I admit that sometimes I get discouraged when I see all the signs that the world has turned away from the truth of scripture, but God uses reminders like this verse from Colossians to reassure me that his gospel is still alive and at work in the world, bringing people to faith in him. Thank God for the privilege we all have of sharing that message with others.
